BIENVENUE DESIGN is an independent fair that takes place during the Paris Design Week. For its first edition, Bienvenue gathers 25 design galleries and designers at Hôtel La Louisiane in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district.
For the first edition of Bienvenue Design, Hotel La Louisiane welcomes galleries, design studios, and editors to exhibit their creations in the intimate setting of 25 rooms.
Home of Simone de Beauvoir and Sartre, headquarters of existentialism, filled with the words of writers such as Arthur Miller or Hemingway, resonating with the notes of Charlie Parker or Jim Morrisson, hosting Hollywood minds such as Quentin Tarantino – the walls of La Louisiane have witnessed the 20th-century cultural effervescence.
In the last decades the fiercely independent Hotel La Louisiane has continued to appeal to artists, creators, writers and musicians.
The platform Bienvenue design aspires to carry on this artistic spirit through the creation of a design fair. Bienvenue Design welcomes galleries, designers and editors to take possession of 25 hotel rooms at La Louisiane. Each room is different and can be the stage to reinvention or the opportunity to roam free.
